Iban Banerjea, a dynamic entrepreneur from Kolkata, is the Director of Urban Engineering Association Pvt. Ltd. and Urban Tekno-Systems Pvt. Ltd. With a career spanning since 2004, he is also a celebrated investor, philanthropist, and internationally acclaimed artist.
Anirban Dutta, a passionate entrepreneur from Kolkata, joined Urban Engineering Association Pvt. Ltd. as Director in 2015 after completing his MBA. Known for his friendly leadership style, he treats the ISO-certified railway signaling company and its employees like family.
As a Videographer and Editor at Being Iban Entertainments, I get to capture stories through my lens and shape them in the editing room. My role begins behind the camera—framing visuals, finding the right angles, and capturing moments that align with the creative vision. From there, I take those raw shots into post-production, where I craft narratives through editing, color grading, sound syncing, and adding effects that bring every project to life.
As an Audio Visual Executive at Being Iban Entertainments, I get to merge creativity with technology every single day. My role revolves around managing and operating audio-visual equipment for shoots, live events, and post-production, ensuring that every detail of sound, lighting, and video works together seamlessly.
As a Senior Executive in Post Production at Being Iban Entertainments, I oversee the final stage where every project truly comes alive. My role is about weaving together visuals, sound, and storytelling into a seamless finished product that reflects both creativity and precision. From managing edits, supervising sound design, and ensuring color accuracy, to coordinating with editors, designers, and directors, I make sure each project maintains the highest quality standards.
